Please allow up to 10 Business Days for processing most orders. This processing time does not include shipping. Some of our hand-beaded products may require up to 28 Business Days for processing. Please review the item description for the most up-to-date processing time before making a purchase.

If you have a specific date in mind and need your order by then, please contact us at info@shopexoalien.com with the subject line "RUSH REQUEST." Rush Production and Shipping fees may apply. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

We recommend reading the product description for each EXO ALIEN piece to find the most up-to-date information on its processing time.

Once the items have been produced, they will be shipped immediately as a complete order. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track the shipment.

If your order contains items with different processing times, we will make every effort to fulfill them together in a timely manner. However, if you prefer to have the items shipped separately as they become available, please contact us. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in this case. This option is recommended when, for example, you have items with processing times of 10 Business Days  and 2 Business Days.
