CUSTOM POLICIES

  • All designs are exclusively owned by Exo Alien.

  • Exo Alien  retains the right to determine and finalize the design and reserves the right to decline any requests that do not conform to our brand standards.

  • It is essential that the sizing you provide is precise. Any necessary alterations will incur additional costs for shipping and extra charges for the modifications. Pricing for alterations will be evaluated on an individual basis.

  • You will receive an invoice to complete your purchase. The provided link will allow you to view the details of your custom order and make payments for shipping and taxes.

  • ONCE THE PURCHASE IS COMPLETED, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

  • Production of your outfit will commence only after the final design is approved and full payment is made. Each custom order will have a different timeline, influenced by the complexity of the design and the number of existing orders. We typically have a minimum production time of 3 weeks after the sketch is approved and payment is confirmed, but this timeframe is not guaranteed as it is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • We offer expedited services for additional fees related to shipping and production, which will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, as each item is hand-made and made to order.

  • Every piece is uniquely handcrafted just for you, making each one truly one-of-a-kind.

  • This is not fast fashion; it’s a personalized creation crafted with care. however, if there are any issues with quality or fit, please reach out—we’re here to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. your satisfaction is our highest priority.
  • Please contact us with your order number if you have any issues with your order.

  • Please allow up to 10 Business Days for processing most orders. This processing time does not include shipping.

  • Some of our hand beaded products may require up to 28 Business Days for processing.

  • Please review the item description for the most up-to-date processing time before making a purchase.

  • If you have a specific date in mind, and you need your order by then, please contact us at info@shopexoalien.com with the subject line "RUSH REQUEST." Rush Production and Shipping fees may apply.

EXO ALIEN offers worldwide shipping, ensuring our products can reach you no matter where you are. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number for easy order tracking.

For customers within the USA, we provide free priority 3-day shipping via USPS on orders over $150.00 or more. Any order under $149.00 has a $10.00 shipping charge for USPS 3-day shipping.

Processing times vary for each item. Please refer to the product description of each EXO ALIEN item for specific production time details before checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that EXO ALIEN is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather complications.

If you have a time-sensitive order, please email us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be aware that rush fees may apply.

For all orders outside of the USA, please contact us with the items you'd like to order so we can provide the most accurate shipping rate. Fees are based on size and weight and may differ from the automated checkout estimate.Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice including the items and shipping rate.

  • EXO ALIEN operates on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means any import duties, clearance fees, handling fees, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide any necessary information to customs for smooth clearance. For further details, please consult your local customs office.

  • Please carefully read our item descriptions before making a purchase.

  • The color or material of the product may appear slightly different from the physical item due to variations in monitor display settings or lighting conditions during the photoshoot.
