Shipping

  • EXO ALIEN offers worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products can reach you wherever you are.

  • Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number for easy order tracking.

  • For customers within the USA, we provide free shipping via USPS.

  • Processing time varies for each item. Please refer to the product description of each EXO ALIEN item for specific processing time details. To learn more, click here.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that EXO ALIEN is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather complications.

  • If you have a time-sensitive order, please email us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be aware that rush fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

  • For all countries outside of the USA, EXO ALIEN ships using UPS or DHL, depending on the destination. The shipping cost is determined by a general weight and size system.

  • Please note that international shipping fees are calculated using an automated weight system. Prices may vary based on the size and weight of the item. For the most accurate international shipping fees, please contact us with the items you would like to order. We will create a custom shipping fee that will be added to your checkout if it differs from the value stated at checkout.

  • EXO ALIEN operates on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that any import duties, clearance fees, handling fees, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, we recommend consulting your local customs office.

  • Please be aware that for international orders, an adult must be available to sign for the delivery. Insurance is added to all international orders to provide additional protection during transit.

Returns

  • We accept unworn and unwashed returns for most items, offering exchanges or store credit only. Please note that some items are final sale, and this will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, authorized items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition within 7 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.

  • For return and exchange instructions, please contact us at service@shopexoalien.com. Please do not send any items back without prior notice. Without written approval, EXO ALIEN will refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements, and they may be sent back to the customer.

  • Please be aware that, for hygiene reasons, all bikini bottoms and bodysuits final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label and shipping label for all sizing exchanges. Return label costs are also the responsibility of the customer for store credit returns.

  • Once the returned products have been received and checked for quality, EXO ALIEN will issue store credit to the customer within 5 business days.

  • In the rare event of a sizing issue, some items may be eligible for additional tailoring. Please contact us, and we will find a solution.

  • Prior to shipping, EXO ALIEN pieces undergo a thorough check for any damages. Please note that many items are made to order, and slight imperfections may occur, making your pieces unique and one of a kind.
