RETURNS

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing most orders. Some orders may require up to 4 weeks for processing. Please review the item description for the most up-to-date processing time before making a purchase. SHIPPING

Within the USA, EXO ALIEN offers free shipping via USPS. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please note that EXO ALIEN is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs release.

TAXES AND DUTIES

EXO ALIEN operates on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means any import duties, clearance fees, handling fees, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. It is the customer's responsibility to provide any necessary information to customs for smooth clearance. For further details, please consult your local customs office.
